First of all, we need to get to know you better. For this, we normally we have a brief chat via email or phone. If both parties agree, we schedule a discovery session.

A discovery session can be seen as a regular first meeting, but we prefer to call it a diagnosis session. This is a crucial moment to understand your needs, your challenges, goals and expectations for the retreat. During the discovery session, you will be asked open-ended questions so we can better understand both stated and unstated needs. The insights gathered during the discovery session will be super valuable for project planning, solution design, and resource allocation. And yes, this is very similar to what happens in software development.

Have you decided to move forward with us? Good call! To make the magic happen and give your access to your programme overview we require a minimal commitment fee (which will be deducted from the final package amount). The programme overview will give you a clear snapshot of your upcoming experience, outlining the event's core details, daily schedules, key activities, and logistical information. It will also highlight special features (such as guest speakers or team-building activities) and include a transparent budget breakdown detailing costs and what's included.

After adjusting the programme overview according to your inputs, we will wait for your final approval to start organizing your retreat. At this stage we will require an upfront payment so we can secure those dates and that specific venue for you.

And now leave the heavy lifting to us! During this stage, we'll be fully dedicated to preparing every detail of your retreat. Our team will remain readily available throughout the planning process to address any questions or requests you may have.
