Hi, I’m Juliana, the brain and the heart of OFFSITE 301. I spent more than a decade working as an SEO Specialist inside digital teams, understanding their pace, their pressure, and what truly helps people thrive (or doesn’t).
Why OFFSITE 301 Exists
With motherhood, something shifted. It sparked a deeper sense of purpose and self-discovery, and made me realise I wanted to replace performance metrics by real connection, balance and well-being. And that by doing that, I could help teams in a different way and make a real and positive impact in their organisations.
So even without a formal background in event planning, I followed that instinct and created OFFSITE 301.
Philosophy & Purpose
I believe in remote work, human connections, work-life balance, holistic well-being, and the power of elevating a business through a cohesive team of A-players. And planning retreats became the way to bring all of this together.
About me/us
I’m a very energetic person, organised, intuitive with people, and genuinely curious about new ideas, places and projects. I am lucky enough to be supported by incredible partners (I call them the muscles and bones of OFFSITE 301) and together, we design offsites, retreats and community events for those who need space to reconnect, recharge and rediscover.

What does OFFSITE 301 mean?
Technically speaking, a 301 is the status code for a permanent redirect, used when we want to guide a user from one webpage to another for good. The 301 is a metaphor I used because it represents exactly what an offsite should do: move a team from where they are today to where they want to be next.
OFFSITE 301 is all about creating a lasting shift (or a permanent redirect) toward stronger collaboration, renewed motivation, clearer alignment, and a healthier, more inspired way of working together.
